As Maren Wilder enters the final quarter of her senior year she is getting ready to end the year on a strong note. When Wilder was asked what she was looking forward to as her senior year was coming to an end, she replied with, “Finally being able to graduate.”

Wilder’s favorite memory while at Elwood Public Schools was the Senior Sunrise that the senior class held at the baseball field. While at Elwood Wilder’s favorite class was government because she found the history of different laws and presidents interesting.

After Wilder graduates, she plans on pursuing a career in photography because she doesn’t need extra schooling and she enjoys taking beautiful pictures. Though Wilder is excited to graduate she says that she will miss all of her friends after graduating. Finally, when asked what advice she had for the underclassmen Wilder shared some wise words: “Don’t procrastinate!”
