ELWOOD PUBLIC SCHOOLS

   Elwood Senior Shannon Kennicutt is in the spotlight! Shannon has grown up in Elwood
all of her life. Some of her hobbies would be reading, listening to music, watching TV, and taking
care of her pets. Her favorite high school experience was when the boys of her class blew up a
light in the science room. Her advice to high school students is: “I would say to always be
yourself and don't worry if people don't always like you. Sometimes it's better to have just one or two quality friends instead of lots of fake friends.”
