ELWOOD PUBLIC SCHOOLS

   This week's article is about Elwood’s art department. Kip Stevens is Elwood’s art teacher. In his classes, students recently worked on two dimensional relief in clay. Stevens is planning for his students to possibly go on a trip to an art museum. One of Mr Stevens goals this year for his students is to help advance the appreciation of art. He commented that some of his students' strengths are good use of creativity and imagination. His students challenge themselves with getting their work done in time. Stevens commented, “Overall, I find enjoyment in teaching art in Elwood.”
