High School Basketball Schedule Update: The Boys JV Game with Cambridge tonight has been Cancelled. We will still plan on starting Girls JV at 4:30 PM and will play 2 Quarters. Science Fair 2026 is only 2 days away!!! The public is invited to the open house on Friday, February 6th at 6:00 p.m. Over 60 projects will be on display from grades 5-8. The students will be standing by their projects and are willing to tell you about their project and what they have learned. You are also more than welcome to ask them questions about their projects. The award presentation will be at 6:30 p.m. This is very important to our students. PLAN TO ATTEND!!! Thank you for your support of the science department.

Foods 1 opened their Quickbreads unit with Pancakes around the world as their beginning lesson. Today Students made French Crepes and German Apfelpfannkuchen after studying pancakes from around the world.

Congratulations to Noelle Rand for Qualifying for the Baking and Pastry Arts competition at State FCCLA March 29-31!!! Noelle will be baking 4 items during competition including a choux pastry, cookies, quick breads, and a decorated cake.

Parents/Guardians of Dance Camp Performers,

Just a reminder that our performance will be during halftime of the boys varsity basketball game tonight in Eustis. Please have your dancers at the school by 7:00pm and they can wear black pants for the performance. Parents of dance camp participants, please stop at the ticket table and tell the ticket takers your child’s name and they will check you in. We are SO excited to see everyone tonight!!
